IT is fully enclosed; supposed to go on full charged battery for 30 klms. [It did not, ]so, with a broken hip, broken left wrist , Epilepsy; I had to push; NO ONE offered to help, though it was very obvious I needed help. I would not yell out for help; somehow I just thought 1 might offer.. It is Friday 21/10/11. and 30 degrees celsius. It feels even hotter when pushing the thing loaded with shopping.
