I was at the VA hospital here in Puerto Rico and some veteran mentioned to me that there is a new benefit that covers all veterans discharged with honorable discharged during the Vietnam era. That we are covered to receive a monthly pension even if we did not go to Vietnam. I have looked on search engines but have not found anything.

Can someone please direct me to where I can read about these benefits.
