Some one in this stinking village sure don't like me . Friday night 0200 . I look out at my scooter, plugged into an out door wall socket[ I see nothing unusual, but decide to check anyway. I open the door of the scooter and pick up the charger unit; it should have 1 yellow and 1 red light lit up[ there is NIL]. I look at the wall socket; the switch is in the off position . The scooter has a VERY  flat battery; only 1 thing; push it back towards my room to get another cable ; pull off the flyscreen, open the window, plug into a socket inside my room ;thread the cable out under the actual window and turn on the power, then connect it to the charger inside the scooter; check all connections and I am rewarded with the 2 lights and a slight humming noise. Sat night, something made me check it and I found someone had broken into the scooter and disconnected ALL the cables, so NO lights and no battery to get the scooter started; it was as flat as it could be. Someone here , either hates Vietnam Vets or me or both; so in pouring rain ;I stagger around out side reconnecting it all. I have a severe case of the sh***.
