In our country; this stands for "Totally & Permanently Incapacitated" ; I am only 1 and there are thousands like me; going all the way back to WW1 and since. I lodged my claim against our Government and The D.V.A.[ Department of Veterans Affairs ] and was sent on a round robin tour of Drs and shrinks [ who all scribbled out their opinions and 1 day ; I get a phone call from a [Determining Officer], located in a pink[ how humorous] building in Sydney; where I faced a 3 man panel of jerks . They sat me down and told me I was T.P.I.,gave me a coffee and practically patted themselves on the back for their "wise" decision. I had suspected for many years that my condition was associated with Agent Orange; White or blue. Some of these quacks agreed; After all, why did I have skin like sand paper; peppered with craters[ as big as a thumb nail] as a result of healed ulcers. ? Why did I behave like a homicidal maniac ?[ with the memory of a sieve? DIOXIN; that's why]. not the Vietnamese who had S*** on their rice fields for thousands of years. DIOXIN was the chief ingredient of the "AGENTS" and was manufactured right here in Sydney at Home bush; the site of the Olympics in 2000; where; as it was before they dredged it; you could not grow a lawn; it was so polluted [however].. As WE DECAMPED from choppers into thigh high water , it was not unusual to see a turd float past, but it was nuthin, compared to what Dioxin was capable of.. It was a bloody poison and they dumped it on us and we patrolled through the stinking stuff; drank the filthy water etc etc. Did your Government say "sorry 'bout that?. ours sure didn't.
