WRONG WRONG. THE APC is A SEMI AUTO COLT PISTOL in that, the trigger has to be pulled each time for it to fire; Sure would have been a handfull if it was a true automatic.[ Damn Fine HAND GUN; JUST THE SAME. A good Mate of mine ; got off the plane in Sydney with 2 .45 acp's stuck in the back of his pants and blithely walked through customs ["nothing to declare"].Another feature is a butt safety; in that the butt, where it connects with the" web" of the hand[ the area between the thumb and the forefinger] MUST  depress this safety so as to enable the hammer to move forward and impact the bullet. Another feature; a hand can be placed on "the slide" which will prevent the hammer from moving forward; thus preventing the weapon from firing. This is a very risky business and means that the intended target must be close enough to " grab" the slide and force it to the rear.

Just a country boy from Bathurst N.S.W. Bathurst was the first major town established after the mountain range [ known as the great dividing range was crossed]; It is now a CITY.
