HEROES WITHOUT LIMITS answers the call for more employment opportunities for veterans, especially
those who are motivated to own and operate a business. As a growing number of veterans return home
from service, they face a stark economy with high unemployment rates. The HEROES WITHOUT LIMITS
program offers thousands of veterans the potential to build successful businesses and successful lives
after their service. Through the HEROES WITHOUT LIMITS program, candidates can take advantage of a
fully-integrated program that provides a central location for entrepreneurship information,
comprehensive personal assessment, business and franchise acquisition, business financing, personal
mentorship, professional coaching, extensive business and technical training, and professional
accountability.

HEROES WITHOUT LIMITS offers a fully-integrated entrepreneur development program, which includes
the following:

1. Veteran Candidacy Identification - We provide both proactive and reactive programs to identify
potential entrepreneurs.
2. Intake Processing - We offer an efficient and thorough application process with excellent service and
feedback for potential franchisees.
3. Individual Personal Assessment - We conduct a comprehensive, multi-level assessment process to
identify the individuals with the highest probability for success as an entrepreneur.
4. Business Opportunity - Statistics show that entrepreneurs have a much higher probability for success
using a franchise business model than starting their own business. We assist veterans in becoming
franchise business owners and get them started on the path to success.
5. Franchise Identification - No two franchise opportunities are created alike. We use a detailed, 21 step
metric-driven process to match franchises with the highest likelihood of success to the individual
entrepreneur.
6. Training - We offer a unique and top-notch training through our professional development institute.

7. Resources and Tools - The hallmark of successful entrepreneurs is continued personal and professional
development. HEROES WITHOUT LIMITS gives program participants the tools necessary for greater
potential to achieve long-term success.
8. Networks - The support of fellow like-minded individuals offers veterans greater potential to build a
thriving business. We offer program participants access to a digital network of other successful
participants and professionals in the business community.

What makes us different than other organizations dedicated to helping veterans find employment is the
fact that we have put together a program that has never been put together before. What we have done
is implemented a fully integrated training program for veterans through a Non-Profit (pending 501(c)19
status) organization with the intent of training, capitalizing and ensure the success of a veteran business
owner without any upfront out of pocket expense to them. In addition, we assume all responsibility if
the veteran does not succeed with his or her business. With that being said, Heroes Without Limits is
just as accountable for a successful outcome by everyone involved as the veteran is to his or her own
success as a business owner. FAILURE IS NOT AN OPTION, but we do realize not everyone will succeed in
our program. We have quantified and qualified this program with the help of Dr. Mikel Harry, and we
estimate a 90% success rate or higher. In addition, we provide veterans with a way to own and operate
their own business that is initially funded by the "private donations" we have raised to support their
efforts in acquiring a franchise. Prior to entering our program, each veteran candidate must go through
a very extensive personal and professional assessment by Target Training International, Inc. (TTI) located
in Scottsdale, AZ. This process is done online. This assessment will inform us whether or not the veteran
candidate is qualified for the program, knowing full well that the initial qualification process is crucial to
a successful outcome on everyone’s part. Not everyone is qualified to be an entrepreneur/business
owner, and that is something we will know upfront by everyone involved.

The actual course comprises of four weeks of extensive training taught by Dr. Mikel Harry, the
co-creator and founder of Six Sigma along with the professional advisory team at KPMG. After four
weeks, the veteran will transition into his or her own franchise and will engage in an earn-out process to
pay back the costs associated with the training over a two year period. Regarding the franchise
opportunities we offer to the veteran candidates, we have a very rigid and accountable 21 point matrix
that a franchise company must meet in order to qualify as preferred partner. We are not interested in
partnering with a franchise company that has high capital expenditure costs and/or is not desirable in
today’s business marketplace. After 18 months of on the job training by a coach/mentor (someone who
is already a successful business owner/entrepreneur) the veteran business owner will have paid back
the funds he or she has acquired throughout the process. Once again, if the veteran business owner
does not succeed, Heroes Without Limits will be responsible for the debt incurred, therefore; we do not
succeed in our mission which is to ensure the success of all candidates that go through our program.

The process from start to finish is 2 years long. We have raised a very substantial amount of money to
help each veteran who qualifies for the program and we DO NOT take any funds from their G.I. Benefits.
All the funds necessary to ensure the success of our veteran franchise business owners comes from
corporate and private donations and other business partners we have developed a relationship with
over many years. Not also does it cost the veteran NOTHING to enter our program, if he or she qualifies,
we pay a $3,000.00 per month stipend for 3 months as they go through our training program. Our goal is
to help veterans become successful entrepreneurs and business owners, and we intend on helping
veterans become successful as business owners, but also contribute to the bottom line as economic
drivers in our communities!
