Angry November 3 2011 Today was pension day and something went terribly wrong, partly I suppose; my fault as I lost/misplaced my Visa debit card.A task force of nursing staff, attacked my room and pulled it to pieces, looking for the stupid card.- After a very long and detailed "chat " with the bank; including my D.V.A. number; pension number; I was left with no alternative than to spend $ 40 on cab fares; which I had to borrow. I get to the bank to be told that the pension had come through[ why couldn't that be explained on the phone]; I ended up with a cancelled card; issued with a part time card , which is useless and have to wait 14 days for a new card which will have the legendary 3 numbers on the back ; then another cab back to activate it; think up a new pin no.etc etc etc. In the managers office I damn near passed out from anxiety and stress, had a Grand Mal Epileptic fit; hit the floor ; was out for about 3 minutes; Then, stand outside waiting to hail a cab ; equipped with a card that was useless to the driver I just have completely lost it; due to stress . I keep telling Drs in this nursing home ; that I am not stable and need some different mood stabilisers. If I am un able to get better treatment here;I have no alternative than to seek a Dr outside; take a list of what I am taking etc. As  I said, a real lousy day.A shoe shop took pity on me and called the home and they sent a nurse and car to get me.

Just a country boy from Bathurst N.S.W. Bathurst was the first major town established after the mountain range [ known as the great dividing range was crossed]; It is now a CITY.
