I'm new here, living in N. central Arkansas and will be 65 shortly. I have, I believe, Lyme Disease.

I've two questions related and  I could sure use some help answering.  I'm having a problem convincing my VA doctors that I have Lyme, and I'll be 65 in January next year. Since I can't seem to punch the right buttoms at the VA Hospital the  thought comes to me to try it through Civilian doctors/Medicare and Part D.

I'm total and permanent ;level. So, that my income level and some ot the tests are expensive.

I'm looking for any information that would help me to correct this and start feeling better.

I know the questions are pretty general in nature. I don't know where to start unraveling the ball of string.

Thank you in advance.

I have heard there are doctors that do not believe in Lyme Disease. If I were you, I would get a second opinion and soon (preferably from a doctor who treats for lyme disease.)
