I took this snap shot in Subic in 1969-70 while stationed there.  Don't know what its designation is.  It seemed intimidating and made me nervous while I was near it.  LOL.  Kinda like to know what it was designed for.  Thanks.

I think you got it VFadmin.  And you're right.  An interesting story of the USS Asheville (PG-84).  The photo I took is probably from one of her visits to Subic just before, or just after "Operation Market Time".  The crew was probably enjoying Olongapo.  Thanks!
